Ellison is off the hook! This uncut version is a gem. I can detect much more humanity and character flaws such as arrogance in Harlan through Kurt's extended interview. Like many he is challenged by his share of emotional problems. Fascinating individual indeed.

Harlan will turning 75 in just a couple of weeks. The documentary, "Dreams with Sharp Teeth" will be released on dvd soon and I hope a follow-up interview is in the offing.

Hilarious! I can't believe what was broadcast was so tame and this uncut version is so raucous! You did a wonderful job keeping up with such a character. Too bad you couldn't have aired this one, since so few people will probably find it online and listen to the whole thing. Thanks for posting this uncut.
