Stephen Talasnik's drawings, on view now at the Queens Museum, are detailed blueprints of fantastical architecture. They're inspired by the museum's Panorama - a meticulous scale model of New York City. Produced by Eric Molinsky and Derek John.

I was part of the team that renovated the Panorama in 1993. I have never heard it mentioned on the radio before and sat in the parking lot to hear the whole piece. I worked on the project for more than 8 months and we used aerial photos and maps and moved block by block cleaning and updating the original panorama to reflex the 1990s maps and photos. I felt special for a moment on hearing this story. Thanks
