Kurt asked Corey Dargel to write a song for his wife, Anne Kreamer. Kurt surprises Anne in the studio with the big reveal, a song all about their first date 30 years ago.

I loved the song and the imagery of travelling by rivers on parallel states. Most of all the chance to hear something so personal and so beautiful in a show that gives me so much inspiration! Thank you so much Kurt and anne and songwriter Beatriz Pena

Beautiful song, nice lyrics and tune. I even downloaded for my ipod. I also bought Anne's book "Going Gray", can't wait to receive it. I enjoy your weekly show.

A "seemingly" unromantic story with a romantic song readily adapted (note, no sappy, never-ending lyrics). What romance. What fun! Thank you for sharing.
