Hollywood never produced a realistic movie about lesbian parents — until 2010's "The Kids Are All Right." It tells the story of two moms and their sperm donor, and it's now up for several Oscars. Last summer the writer-director Lisa Cholodenko told Kurt how she managed to make an accessible, touching film out of what could have been an outsider art-house flick.

On that artifical-insemination note: adoption is a far better option. Earth is terribly overpopulated with humans ergo making another one is rather immoral... what, is adoption too expensive?

"the guy is a total stud... but he is a locavore resturaunt owner"... "but"? Faux pas! Come on! Good looking people are more intelligent anyway (a simply sociological trend recently discovered). "But"? Where did that 'research' come from? Did the guy go around looking at locavore resutraunt owners, saw they're mostly ugly & so chose the term 'but'? Come on!
