Saturday, March 03, 2001
Kurt Andersen and writer Lawrence Weschler talk about authenticity and the gray areas between truth and fiction.
Weschler is a staff writer for The New Yorker, and the author of many books, including Boggs: A Comedy of Values, Calamity of Exiles, and Mr. Wilson's Cabinet of Wonder. He teaches courses in the fiction of non-fiction at Sarah Lawrence and Columbia University School of the Arts. His new book on the conceptual artist Robert Irwin will be published later this year.
